How contact and enquiry information submitted through the Horizon website is handled.
This policy describes enquiry transmission channels and data-contact options. It applies to website forms and does not replace an individual supply agreement.

1. Who handles enquiries

2. Information requested
The callback form requests full name and phone number. The enquiry also includes the selected service, page URL and previously entered route or calculation details: category, weight, dimensions and estimate. Do not submit identity documents, banking details, passwords or third-party information without a proper basis.
3. Purposes of use
Contact and enquiry details are used to respond, clarify specifications, prepare a quote and coordinate supply or a requested visit to China. An enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising. A new purpose requires a separate basis.
4. Form transmission and recipients
On submission, data is sent to FormSubmit to deliver an email to using Gmail. These services and website infrastructure may process information outside Russia. An email address does not imply Russian database localisation.
5. Technical information and language
For initial language selection, the site may query api.country.is to infer a country from the IP address. GPS access is not requested. Manual language choice is kept in Local Storage and the automatic result in Session Storage. VPNs may affect the detected country.
6. Retention and stopping processing
Data should be retained only as long as needed to respond and coordinate an order, unless law or contract requires otherwise. After the purpose is fulfilled or a valid deletion request is received, processing stops and data is deleted except where retention is mandatory.
7. Requests and withdrawal
You may request information about processing, correction, cessation or deletion by emailing . Provide the contact used and enquiry date so we can identify the request. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing.
8. External services and security
WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat and the original sign-in system apply their own terms. Account passwords are not emailed through enquiry forms. Forms use HTTPS; received enquiries should be accessible only to responsible staff.
